COVID-19: Nova Scotia premier, top doctor provide update as cases rise | LIVE

Nova Scotia Premier Iain Rankin and the province’s chief medical officer Dr. Robert Strang are expected to provide an update on the rising cases of COVID-19 on Sunday.

The province reported 63 new cases on Sunday, for a total of 263 active cases. The highest daily COVID-19 case count since the pandemic began.

On Saturday night, the province announced five new schools now have COVID-19 connected cases.
