Matt Hancock only recently declared shares in a family-owned healthcare company called Topwood that has been doing business with the NHS, it has been claimed.
He declared the shares earlier this week in the Register for Members Interests for work done in Wales, but it is now claimed that not all of the details were revealed.
A spokesman for Mr Hancock said that he acted entirely properly, and there was no conflict of interest.
