Calls for Asian-American solidarity grow as hate crimes rise

Across America, people are standing up against Asian-American hate after a deadly shooting on Monday in Georgia that saw eight people killed, six of whom were Asian-American women.

Newly surfaced surveillance video shows the accused gunman waited in his car for an hour before walking into one of the massage parlours in which people were killed during the shooting.

A new report by the group Stop AAPI-Hate found the U.S. saw nearly 3,800 incidents targeting Asian-Americans and Pacific Islanders over the last year. Jennifer Johnson reports.
