New NC COVID rules impact bars and restaurants

North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper unveiled a modified stay-at-home order on Tuesday that requires the state’s roughly 10.5 million residents to remain off the streets between 10pm and 5am. Restaurants and bars must also close by 10pm. (Dec. 9)
